Kinesiology

Clients often see a kinesiologist for postural re-education and to restore the body’s natural movement patterns that may have been lost due to injury, poor habits, or the general stresses of daily life. Kinesiologists focus on identifying imbalances in the body and determining what needs to be released, strengthened, or re-set to help the body function optimally.
