Anna Topf

Anna is a kinesiologist who is passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and live with more balance. She specializes in postural re-education and restoring natural movement patterns that may be lost through injury, daily stress, or long-standing habits.

Your body already knows how to heal. Anna just likes to give it a nudge.

Anna takes a whole-person approach to care, combining movement retraining with practical support around lifestyle factors such as sleep, stress, and sustainable healthy habits. She is also trained as a Perimenopause and Menopause Coaching Specialist, supporting women through these transitions with realistic and empowering strategies.

Curious by nature, Anna is continually expanding her knowledge through advanced training to better support her clients.

Outside of the clinic, she loves spending time outdoors with family and friends.  Hiking, skiing, biking, paddleboarding, and gardening are her favorites.
