Customer Care Coordinator

After an extended Nelson vacation in the winter of 2022, Shannon–along with her partner and 3 children–made the bold decision to move here. They love being surrounded by mountains and lakes, the vibrancy of the city and the feel blessed to have been made to feel welcome by their new community.

Joining the team at Blackbird has really solidified the new place I call home.

Shannon brings a wealth of experience as a dental assistant, an administrator and a flight attendant to her role as a Customer Care Coordinator at Blackbird.

When not assisting clients at the clinic she enjoys spending time with her family and their Bernedoodle named Lennon, skiing, cooking, and messing around with clay.
