Lenka graduated from Hotel Management in Slovakia and began her career as a front desk clerk at a ski resort in Low Tatras.

Her desire to learn new languages and experience new cultures brought her to Canada which became her permanent home.

Before joining Blackbird she worked over two decades as a nanny for many families in Nelson, also as an administrative assistant in the tax office.

Lenka loves team work, collaboration, and enjoys making clients feel valued and satisfied. She enjoys challenges and gets tremendous satisfaction from a job well done. She is valued for her attention to detail, her passion for learning, her organizational skills, and her financial prowess.

Outside of work she enjoys walking in nature, reading, hiking, baking, and crafting.
